Replacement Lock |

Click Photo |
This is a standard replacement for the radial lock used on Tollyboy belts from the mid 1990s to 2020. The lock body has cut outs on each side to allow it to locate between two 8mm diameter locating pins and the lock spindle is drilled and tapped to screw onto the locking spigot of the belt. The new lock can be keyed the same as the original if you have an original lock to send back to me. If you don't have the original lock but do have the serial number of the belt I can usually find the original pinning from that. If required a totally different pinning can be supplied in case you believe the key may have been copied. |

Replacement for Higginbottom locks |

This is the circular lock body that locates over a pair of 5/32" pins. It is the style used by Hal Higginbottom from when he first started using radial locks sometime in the 1980s and was used up until his death in the mid 1990s and for a month or two after Richard took over the business. It will help if you can send back the broken lock or the belt it is to fit as the jigs for making these locks were lost in a break in many years ago. Making these can be a bit of trial and error as I only have one very old and worn belt to use as a template for this style lock. |

Padlock closure for Higginbottom belt |

A padlocked based locking system as used by Hal Higginbottom on chastity belts pretty much from when he first started un until the 1980s when he moved to a radial locking system. You will need to send the belt back for me to successfully make a replacement lock of this style. If you have an old belt without the lock it would be a pity to throw it out just because of the missing lock. |

Belt locking pin |

This is a longer version of the collar securing pin. This is the pin that fits through the locking block on a padlock closing belt. This actually secures the belt and the padlock just serves to prevent the removal of the pin. The pins are quite small and easy to lose as they are sold in packs of 3. |

These are the old padlock collar locks supplied by Hal Higginbottom. They are a block of 3/4" diameter stainless steel carrying a small padlock and serving the shroud the shackel to make it hard to cut. I haven't made one of these in a very long time and would really require the collar it is to fit to be send back to be sure that this will fit. |

Security Seals |

Metal security seal consisting of single use high tensile steel cable. This can be used on all Tollyboy belts built by Richard i.e. all belts which have the 8mm diameter locating pillars each side of the lock and some belts built by Hal Higginbottom. The Higginbottom belts on which this can be used have a 1/4" pillar to the side of the lock especially for the security seal. Old belts not fitted with this pillar cannot use the seal but the belt can be refurbished and retro fitted. In use the cable is threaded up though the hold in the left hand pillar across the top of the lock and down through the right pillar then pulled tight. This way you can read the serial number as it is only printed on one side. The cable is very hard and will require cable cutters to remove it. These can also be supplied. See the cable cutters listing for more details. |

Rebuild Service |

We provide a complete rebuild service for all Tollyboy chastiy belts where we have details or can work out from the belt what needs doing going back to the original ones of 1956. Belts that are of experimental design by Hal and for which we have no details could be a problem but assuming they are reasonably complete we can probably rebuild those too. We also provide a rebuild and modification service for chastity belts by other makers. E-mail for details. |
